Refund policy

At Chantèro, we are dedicated to offering you the finest luxury perfumes. Every product that leaves our atelier is carefully inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you.

Damaged Products

  • Should your purchase arrive damaged, we kindly request that you contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the product.
  • Approval of the condition of the product and its eligibility for refund shall be the sole discretion of our customer service team.
  • Once verified, we will issue a full store credit for the value of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges, and this credit will be sent via email to the address you provide within 5-7 working days.

Incorrect Products

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days with an unboxing video.
  • Approval of its eligibility for exchange in such a situation shall be the sole discretion of our customer service team.
  • Upon receiving the wrongly sent merchandise in its original packaging and condition, we will promptly dispatch the correct product to you.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer order cancellations nor accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of personal choice, or any other such reasons barring the two mentioned above. We encourage you to choose your fragrance thoughtfully and appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Important Notes

  • All products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, should they be eligible for return due to an error on our part.
  • The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using an insured delivery service for your protection.
  • Any shipping or insurance costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note, returns are not accepted for custom or specially ordered items.
